History:
Penny was brought up in a middle class half blood home. Her mother was a full veela, but her father was a muggle born. Penny's parents loved all their children and taught them not to get involved in wars unless personally affected. Penny usually would spend time with her dog and her owl, and study beside the lake where she could also paint without interruption.
